This Return & Refund Policy explains your statutory right of withdrawal and our returns process for consumer purchases made at the Watchdog online store.

Your Right to Withdraw
You have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. The period starts the day after you (or a person you designate) receive the goods. To exercise the right, notify us by email with your order number and a clear statement of withdrawal before the period expires.
Effects of Withdrawal & Refunds
When you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier. Refunds are made using the same means of payment unless you agree otherwise.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of our confirmation. The time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer. If you have already received a refund but your bank shows a dispute, please contact us and we will provide evidence to the card issuer.
Returning Goods
Send the goods back without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of withdrawal. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless they are faulty or we delivered the wrong item. Pack items securely; you are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusions from Withdrawal
- Custom-made or clearly personalized goods.
- Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
- Goods which are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
Faulty or Non-Conforming Goods
If your goods are faulty or do not conform to the contract, contact us as soon as possible. You are entitled to repair or replacement within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. If repair or replacement is impossible or disproportionate, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund. We will bear the costs of returning faulty goods.
Exchange Policy
If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund within the withdrawal period, we can arrange this subject to stock availability. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Disputes & Chargebacks
If a cardholder (you) files a dispute, we will respond and provide evidence to the card issuer. Please contact us first at info@watchdog.store so we can resolve issues without a chargeback. We will include your order number, tracking, photos and refund records when responding to disputes.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at info@watchdog.store with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason (withdrawal or fault).
- We will confirm the return address and, where relevant, provide a return authorization.
- Pack the goods securely and include the order number in the parcel.
- Retain proof of postage. Refunds are processed after inspection per Sections 2–3.
