Ordering & Contract Formation

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. The order button is labeled in a way that makes clear your obligation to pay (e.g., “Pay now”/“Order with obligation to pay”).

Pricing, Taxes & Availability

Prices are shown inclusive of VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch. All orders are subject to availability.

Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. We use WooPayments (powered by Stripe) to process card payments. Card numbers and CVC are collected using Stripe’s hosted payment fields and are never stored on our servers. For recurring payments or saved cards we store only secure tokens with our payment provider. For more details see WooPayments/Stripe privacy and security documentation. Your order will be prepared when payment is authorized.

Transactions will appear on card statements as Autonomous Safety Systems, Ltd, Watchdog, watchdog.store (or similar). If you don’t recognise a charge, contact us at info@watchdog.store.

We use a PCI-validated payment provider and hosted payment fields. You should still use HTTPS on checkout pages; we maintain security by keeping software updated, using 2FA for admin access, and performing regular security scans.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship to the destinations listed at checkout. Delivery estimates are indicative; we are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Please check the parcel on delivery and report any visible damage to the carrier and to us immediately.

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days without giving any reason. Details, exclusions and the return process are set out in our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Warranty & Conformity

Your purchase is covered by the EU legal guarantee of conformity for at least 2 years from delivery. If the goods are faulty or not as described, contact us; we will repair or replace them, or where that is impossible or disproportionate, offer a price reduction or refund.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Prohibited items

We do not sell items prohibited or restricted by our payment provider (WooPayments / Stripe). This includes – but is not limited to – counterfeit goods, adult content/services, tobacco and vaping products, unapproved supplements, illegal drugs and paraphernalia, firearms & ammunition, and virtual currencies. If an item is later determined to be prohibited, we may cancel the order and notify you.

Software/Firmware Updates

Where products include firmware or software, updates may be provided to improve security or functionality. Please install updates promptly to maintain performance and safety.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or interruptions to transport or power.

Governing Law & Disputes

If you reside in the EU/EEA, you benefit from mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Otherwise, Lithuanian law applies. Disputes may be submitted for out-of-court resolution via your national consumer authority or the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform. You may also bring claims in your local courts where mandatory consumer law allows.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
